BLF represented Alten Group in its acquisition of CIeNET in Greater China.

CIeNET, a global provider of technical consulting and software development services with a client base of Multinational Fortune 500 companies across Greater China, North America, and Europe, has joined the ALTEN Group, a European leader in engineering and IT services with a worldwide presence of nearly 40,000 employees in 30 countries.
